Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version. If an import went wrong, include the link you tried. We’re a small team, so give us a little time to reply.
Manage or cancel Crispify+
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crispify to change plans or cancel.
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends.
- After you cancel, Crispify+ keeps working until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
- Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase
In Crispify, tap the person icon at the top right of the Recipes tab to open your Profile, then tap Restore purchases. There’s also a Restore purchases link at the bottom of the Crispify+ screen. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
“Linked to another account”
A Crispify+ subscription belongs to the Crispify account that first used it. If you see this message, tap Sign in with another account and sign in with the account you subscribed from.
Delete your account
- Tap the person icon at the top right of the Recipes tab.
- Scroll down to the account card and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete account.
This permanently deletes your Crispify account and everything in it: recipes, cookbooks, meal plans and groceries. It can’t be undone. The Privacy Policy lists the few things we keep for a while afterwards to stop free-import abuse.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in Settings first (see above).
If you never signed in, there’s no account to delete. Your recipes live only on that iPhone and go when you delete the app.
An import didn’t work
- Check that the post is public. Private accounts, close-friends posts and anything behind a login can’t be read.
- Paste the whole link. In Instagram or TikTok, tap Share → Copy link. Then in Crispify, tap + on the Recipes tab, choose Import from social media, and paste it. For a recipe website, use Import from web.
- “No recipe found”? Some posts say “recipe in bio” and nothing else. Try the creator’s website link, a screenshot of the recipe (Import from photo), or paste the caption (Import from text).
- “You’re going a bit fast”? Wait a minute and try again.
- A failed import doesn’t use up one of your free imports.
- Amounts look odd on a video recipe? If the recipe was only spoken, Crispify writes it from what’s said, so check the amounts. You can fix anything before you tap Save, or tap Report mistake to tell us.
Out of free imports
Free accounts get 5 imports a month, counted per account and per iPhone, and the count starts over at the beginning of each month. Saving recipes from Discover and writing your own never count as imports. Crispify+ gives you unlimited recipe imports.
Crispify isn’t in my share sheet
Make sure you’ve opened Crispify once and signed in. Then, in any app, tap Share, scroll the row of app icons to the end, tap More, and add Crispify to your Favorites so it shows up first. If the Welcome checklist is still on your Recipes tab, its Unlock faster importing step walks you through it.
The sign-in code didn’t arrive
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address is spelled right. After 60 seconds you can tap Resend code. The code has 6 digits.
New iPhone?
Sign in the same way you did before (Apple or email) and your recipes come back. If you skipped signing in, open your Profile on the old iPhone and tap Sign in to sync first.
